GURU+ CARE TERMS OF SERVICE
- In the case of an accidental damage, we offer an Accidental Damage Cover as “Guru+ Care” for a small service fee.
- Physical damage to the screen, body and battery wear are covered with this service fee.
- Following external damages are not included under accidental damage cover: water/liquid damage, or opening the item by customer or third party.
- In those cases, you will lose all rights connected to the warranty.
- In order to avail for Accidental Damage Cover, “Guru+ Care” needs to be purchased with the item.
- In order to cover any accidental damage customer agrees to pay the charge of $199 for the repairs beforehand any repair process carries out by Mobile Guru.
- Customer can file only one physical damage claim per agreement.
- Accidental Damage Cover does not transfer between customers.
- It is only applied to the item it has been purchased with.
- All products and services by Mobile Guru exclude coverage related to data recovery or loss of any extent irrespective of the cause.
- At no point for any reason can Mobile Guru be held responsible for lost user data.
- Accidental Damage Cover is valid for up to 24 Months from order date
