How does a refurbished iPhone 15 differ from a new one?

Cheap refurbished iPhone 15s have the same specs as brand-new devices. The difference emerges in the overall condition, packaging, accessories, warranty, and, most importantly, price. Depending on how the previous owner handled the phone, we categorise them into different standards. However, this does not mean they are of lower quality. Our technicians conduct a 72-point check to ensure it is 100% functional. Otherwise, they perform as well as a brand-new iPhone.

Are cheap refurbished iPhone 15 models reliable?

Yes, cheap refurbished iPhone 15 models are reliable—their cheap price tag should not be taken as a sign of a lower-quality device. In fact, most dealers have very strict quality control that ensures every refurbished mobile phone performs reliably. At Mobile Guru, we have similar checks in place for the best customer experience. If you have more queries, you can always get in touch with our team.

What kind of warranty comes with a cheap refurbished iPhone 15?

Depending on where you purchase the refurbished iPhone 15, the warranty will vary. Private or second-hand sellers generally don’t offer warranties on mobile phones. However, authorised dealers like Mobile Guru provide a warranty of 2 years. We do this because all our products are carefully checked for issues and possible faults.

Do refurbished iPhone 15 devices have the latest software updates?

Apple provides support to most of its iPhone models for anywhere between 6-8 years. This means that all refurbished iPhone 15s come with the latest software updates. As and when Apple introduces the new software, your iPhone 15 will receive it too. In this regard, you should be covered, at the very least, for the next 6 years.

Can I use a refurbished iPhone 15 with my existing carrier?

Yes, all refurbished iPhone 15 models sold at Mobile Guru are unlocked and not contracted to any particular carrier. This is one of the major advantages of buying devices from us. Private or second-hand dealers may not always provide unlocked devices. In such cases, you are stuck with the previous carrier. With us, you can use your refurbished phone with any carrier.

Do you offer financing options for refurbished iPhone 15 purchases?

While we don’t have exclusive financing options for our refurbished iPhone 15 models, we provide Afterpay, a flexible interest-free payment option. You can choose to pay the whole amount in 4 instalments spread across 8 weeks. This is a great option if you don’t want to pay the complete amount upfront or wish to spread your expenses over a longer period.

How long does shipping take when you order a refurbished iPhone 15?

It usually takes about 1-2 business days for us to deliver your order. This is exponentially reduced in case of same-day dispatch or if you stay close to our location. In case a same-day dispatch is not possible, we guarantee dispatch within 1 business day. Besides, all orders are marked for free express delivery.

Is there a return policy for refurbished iPhone 15 devices?

Mobile Guru offers a 30-day return policy for any faulty refurbished iPhone 15. While this is not a common occurrence, the provision ensures that in the worst-case scenario, the buyer’s investment is protected. Additionally, there is also a 14-day return policy in case of change of mind. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee so that you are truly happy with your refurbished iPhone 15 purchase.

Can I trade in my old device for a discount on a cheap refurbished iPhone 15?

Presently we don’t have trade-in deals for our refurbished iPhone 15 collection. However, we always have ongoing deals that grant huge discounts on your order. Another alternative is to sell your old device on our 'sell your phone' section. You can then use the proceeds from the sale to buy a refurbished iPhone of your choice from our store.

Are the batteries in the refurbished iPhone 15 models replaced?

Many of our refurbished iPhone 15 models come with new batteries for the best performance. Our stringent quality checks involve inspecting the original battery for any issues. If there are faults, we replace it with a genuine spare battery before selling it. This ensures a hassle-free experience when using your device.

Can I purchase an extended warranty for my cheap iPhone 15?

We offer warranties depending on the condition of the refurbished iPhone 15 you purchase. Our devices are divided into three categories. A device that is considered Amazing as New has a 24-month warranty. An Ex-demo category device receives a 12-month warranty, and a refurbished iPhone under the ‘Used’ label gets a 6-month warranty. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team.
